Victor Caruso
has joined the firm's financial
restructuring team as a managing director in the
New York
office.
Caruso brings to
Piper Jaffray
more than 25 years of experience
providing strategic financial restructuring advice to management teams,
investor groups and other constituencies in Asia,
Europe
and
North
America
. Most recently, he was a managing director at
Morgan Joseph &
Co.
where he developed and implemented the firm's restructuring
practice. He was previously a partner at
Gordian Group LLC
, a managing
director at Bear,
Stearns & Co. Inc.
, and was a founding member of the
Lehman Brothers
restructuring group.
