Chad Abraham
, chief executive officer, has been named chairman of the board of directors, effective at the annual meeting of shareholders on
May 17, 2019
.
Andrew Duff
, chairman of the board, will retire from the board of directors at the annual meeting, having served 16 years as chairman.
Phil Soran
will continue as the board’s lead independent director.
