Hammond was previously with

from 2004-2017. Prior to re-joining the firm, Hammond was the head of investor relations and treasurer at

(WRD), which was acquired by
Chesapeake Energy
(CHK). Prior to covering the midstream and infrastructure sector, Hammond successfully led the coverage of the E&P sector as well as the launch of coverage for both the coal and the alternative energy sectors. His views on the energy sector have been featured in various publications including the
