AuWerter brings unique perspective, comprehensive experience and substantial industry knowledge to the firm. Prior to joining, he served as investment director at Endeavour Vision, where he originated investments in growth stage healthcare companies. Before that, AuWerter was a consultant at McKinsey & Company based in the Minneapolis office, focused on the pharmaceuticals and medical products (PMP) practice. AuWerter also worked in operating roles for St. Jude Medical and Juventas Therapeutics . AuWerter served on boards of various healthcare companies such as Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc. , HealthJoy, LLC and Nalu Medical, Inc.
