HOUSTON --(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 5, 2016-- Piper Jaffray Companies (NYSE: PJC), a leading investment bank and asset management firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Kashy Harrison to senior research analyst in the energy space. He is based in the Houston office.

Prior to joining Piper Jaffray , Harrison worked for Deloitte & Touche, LLP in its audit and enterprise risk services group where he focused on exploration and production companies within the oil and gas industry. Harrison was part of Simmons & Company , an international investment bank specializing in the energy industry, prior to its acquisition by Piper Jaffray in early 2016.
